Q1: How Do I Place An Order?

Q2: Will you supply free sample to check the quality?
A: If make sample according to your design, the sample mold charge will be requested.
Q3: What can I customize about my paper shopping bag?
A: The customized services we provide include: Material, Size, Thickness, Printing, Surface, Craft, Etc. You can add anything you want to the bag.
Q4: I want to use my own design, what format of design files do you need?
A: AI / PDF / CDR / PSD etc. files are great. Please don't forget to vectorise to prevent us from missing fonts.
Q5: Can you provide design services?
A: We have an experienced design team, welcome to contact us, we will provide free product design services according to your needs.
Q6: How to make sure the printing color is correct?
A: Using offset printing, there will be about 10-20% color difference. If you need accurate color matching, please provide the PMS color code for our reference, we can reduce the color difference to less than 10%. If you have a color swatch card that we can keep track of, we can keep the color tolerance around 5%.
Q7: What payment methods do you support?
A: Normally, 100% advance payment, but if the amount is large, we can discuss it later. For payment method, TT, Western Union, Paypal are all ok.
